There are 74 district teams that have clinched a berth in the 2018 baseball playoffs as the regular season winds to a close. One more team has a chance to join the postseason party in Class 2A. Class 6A — Set with 13 playoff teams
(6A explanation: North Allegheny finished tied for fourth place with Shaler and Seneca Valley. North Allegheny finished 3-1 in head-to-head, Shaler was 2-2 and Seneca Valley was 1-3, so North Allegheny clinches)
Class 5A — Set with 13 playoff teams
Class 4A — Set with 12 playoff teams
