As many girls basketball teams have or are concluding the regular season and preparing for their district postseason, the top ranked teams from a week ago remain the same.

Peters Township, Chartiers Valley, Lancaster Catholic, St. Basil Academy, Bishop Canevin and Jenkintown keep winning.

However, there were changes in the rankings with some teams slipping a notch or two and four teams dropping out of the Trib HSSN girls basketball state rankings.

Those changes include the addition of a pair of WPIAL teams as Norwin in Class 6A and Oakland Catholic in 5A debut in this week’s Fab Five.

Also making their first sighting is District 11’s Mahoney Area in Class 2A and District 3’s Greenwood in Class A.

Bounced from last week are Cumberland Valley, Warren, Steelton-Highspire and Bishop Carroll.
