Senior Softball Season
Bella Bucy

It is hard to put my feelings on paper. Softball has always been more than just a sport to me. It has shaped me into the person I am today. I have learned dedication and hard work while playing this sport. I have worn a TJ Softball jersey since I was six years old, and as a senior, I have been looking forward to putting my TJ Softball jersey on for the last time. It saddens me that I may not have the opportunity to do so anymore. Although I am proud I was able to wear Jaguars across my jersey as long as I did, I just hope I get the opportunity to wear black and gold one last time and try to fulfill my dreams of winning a WPIAL championship. I want to thank my TJSB family and coaches for the countless memories, laughs, late-night practices, and singing our hearts out on the bus. I am grateful for all of you and can not thank you enough for all you have done for me. This team not only has made me a better person, but I have made friendships while being a Jaguar that will last me a lifetime. I have spent countless days and hours preparing for my last season on the diamond and it is disappointing and upsetting this is how my time at TJ may end. Nevertheless, I am proud to have been a Thomas Jefferson Jaguar.
