There were big changes to the weekly Trib HSSN PIAA baseball rankings with 10 teams falling out of the Top 5 from a week ago.
Among those teams vacating their spots in the state rankings were two teams from the WPIAL as both Central Catholic and Moon suffered a pair of defeats this past week.
Ten teams across the Commonwealth are making their debut this week, including West Allegheny in Class 5A and Shenango in 2A.
There also were changes at the top of the rankings as half of the No. 1 teams were ousted from their perch.
Valley View fell from the top to No. 5 in Class 4A, Lancaster Catholic dropped to No. 4 in 3A and it was a tough week for Rocky Grove in 2A as it plummeted from the top to out of the rankings with three losses this past week.
District 10 Wilmington, one of the teams to beat Rocky Grove, went from unranked to the new No. 1 team in Class 2A.
