One top-seed went on to win a title while another was stunned in the championship finals. There were no repeat winners from 2012 while two of the three winners in the end captured the golden soccer crown for the first time in school history. Those were some of the fast facts as Seneca Valley in Triple-A, Central Valley in Double-A and Shady Side Academy in Single-A  were the winners of the 2013 WPIAL Girls Soccer Playoffs.

All matches with (MSA) after the result can be heard archived ONLY here on the MSA Sports Network.
