Mike Wandrisco was a highly respected and well-liked official. He also was an outstanding wrestler who attended Bishop Canevin.

Wandrisco wrestled and golfed at Washington & Jefferson, and he thrived as a wrestling official.

But his 32-year illustrious career in wrestling came to an end in 2018 when he passed away suddenly.

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Wrestling Hall of Fame immediately put him in the 2019 Hall of Fame.

Wandrisco began officiating in 1986. He officiated numerous matches in the Pittsburgh Wrestling Classic, Powerade tournament and in the WPIAL and PIAA Championships.

Primus graduated from Connellsville in 2006 and finished with a 179-20 career record. He was a four-time PIAA placewinner and two-time state champion. He also helped Connellsville win WPIAL and PIAA team titles in 2005.

Primus wrestled one season at Missouri before finishing his career at Notre Dame College, where he became a two-time NAIA All-American.

Housner was a 1972 graduate of Mt. Lebanon, where he posted a 50-1 record. He was a two-time WPIAL champion and a PIAA 120-pound runner-up in 1971.

He attended Purdue and was a Big Ten Conference runner-up in 1975 and placed sixth in the NCAA Championship.

Maggi has been officiating wrestling for 48 years. He was a 1968 graduate of McGuffey and a 1980 Cal (Pa.) grad.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1969-71 and graduated from the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in 1973.
