In the first edition of the HSSN Trib 10 this football season, Central Catholic was selected as the top-ranked team in the power ratings.

The Vikings stayed on top until after Week 6, following their loss at Pine-Richland.

That week, Aliquippa rose to No. 1 to the surprise of some and they never vacated the throne, ending up as this season’s Trib 10 king of the hill for the final 10 weeks.

Five WPIAL teams reached the PIAA championship game this past week and two came home with state gold.

Aliquippa is No. 1 and Belle Vernon with its second straight sweep of 3A district and state gold finishes at No. 2.

Here are the final Trib 10 power rankings for 2023 with final record and last week’s ranking. These rankings have zero classification boundaries.
