Junior Rylee Kalocay scored 27 points to reach the 1,000-point mark for her career and lead Upper St. Clair (4-2, 1-0) to a 49-42 Section 2-6A girls basketball win over Baldwin on Thursday night. Lynsey Bernotas scored 12 and Laci Bernotas had 11 for the Highlanders (2-2, 0-1).

Beth-Center 57, Frazier 27 – Emma Shashura scored 21 points to lead Beth-Center (3-3, 1-0) to a Section 4-2A win. Allie Yauch scored 16 for Frazier (3-4, 0-1).

Brownsville 52, Jefferson-Morgan 20 – Ava Clark scored 17 points and Skyler Gates added 16 to help Brownsville (6-1) past Jefferson-Morgan 1-4) in a nonsection matchup.

Burgettstown 45, Laurel 19 – Kaitlyn Nease scored 17 points to lead Burgettstown (4-2) to a nonsection win over Laurel (2-4).

Burrell 46, Ambridge 19 – Casey Brancato and Jules Fisher scored 13 points apiece and Anna Clark had 10 to lead Burrell (3-0) to a nonsection win over Ambridge (1-6).

Chartiers-Houston 45, California 36 – Amelia Brose scored 14 points and Ava Capozzoli added 13 for Chartiers-Houston (3-2, 1-0) in a Section 4-2A win. Rakiyah Porter scored 25 for California (1-4, 0-1).

Chartiers Valley 56, Butler 34 – Iyla Ozbey had 13 points and Rachel Boehm and Ava Shazer chipped in 11 each to help Chartiers Valley (4-1) secure a nonsection win. Amelia McMichael led Butler (2-3) with 22 points.

Deer Lakes 58, Springdale 42 – Sophia Laurenza paced Deer Lakes (2-4) with 21 points in a nonsection victory. Layne Loper scored 13 for the Lancers. Ashlyn Ferderbar (19) and Talia Brunck (10) scored in double figures for Springdale (1-4).

Elizabeth Forward 56, Ringgold 20 – Alyssa Terza scored 15 points and Mia Sostaric had 13 for Elizabeth Forward (4-2, 1-0) in a Section 3-4A win. Kamryn Webb scored 10 points for Ringgold (1-4, 0-1).

Franklin Regional 74, Woodland Hills 43 – Olivia Orndoff led with 15 points, Toryn Fulton followed with 14 and Gabby Keough had 10 for Franklin Regional (1-4, 1-0) in a Section 1-5A win. Jhalynn Wilson scored 29 points and Aliyah Walker had 12 for Woodland Hills (0-4, 0-1).

Freedom 55, South Side 43 – Shaye Bailey scored 21 points and Olivia Henderson had 11 to lead Freedom (2-3, 1-0) to a Section 1-2A win. Bailey Strinisa led South Side (3-3, 0-1) with 16 points and Eden Schrier had 11.

Freeport 60, Valley 18 – Brooke Kmetz had 17 points and Tessa Keller scored 15 to lead Freeport (2-4, 1-0) past Valley (0-7, 0-1) in Section 1-4A. Neveah Lyle finished with eight points for the Vikings.

Geibel 45, Carmichaels 34 – Emma Larkin hit for 35 points to power Geibel (4-2) to a nonsection win. Alayna Simon and Arianna Plavi scored 10 points each for Carmichaels (1-4).

Greensburg Central Catholic 72, Ellis School 15 – Erica Gribble led with 20 points, Nya Morgan followed with 14 and Avery Davis added 12 for Greensburg Central Catholic (3-2, 1-0) in a Section 3-2A win over Ellis School (3-4, 0-1).

Hampton 71, New Castle 27 – Meghan Murray led with 29 points and Kat Milon had 18 for Hampton (2-4, 1-0) in a Section 2-5A win. Rihanna Boice scored 14 points for New Castle (0-6, 0-1).

Indiana 49, Penn Hills 37 – Cassie Boyer scored 12 points and Bella Antonacci and Laken Kugler added 10 points each to lead Indiana (4-1, 1-0) in Section 1-5A. Milani Oliver scored 14 and Hannah Pugliese added 11 for Penn Hills (0-4, 0-1).

Keystone Oaks 67, Allderdice 38 – Laney Wagner led with 21 points, Bailey Rieg followed with 16 and Janya Scott added 14 to lead Keystone Oaks (6-1) to a nonsection win. Peyton Lynch scored 16 points for Allderdice (2-5).

Norwin 49, South Fayette 30 — Lauren Palangio scored 14 points to lead Norwin in a nonsection battle of WPIAL contenders. Ava Kobus added 13 for the Knights (5-1), who jumped out to a 14-4 advantage after one quarter. Alexa Ankrum led the Lions (3-2) with eight points.

Oakland Catholic 67, Latrobe 44 – London Creach and Kaylee DeAngelo scored 13 points apiece to lead Oakland Catholic (4-0, 1-0) to a Section 3-5A win. Josie Fontana added 12 and Mia LeDonne had 10. Elle Snyder led Latrobe (2-3, 0-1) with 21 points. Carley Berk had 13.

Penn-Trafford 55, Connellsville 23 – Olivia Pepple scored 16 points to lead Penn-Trafford (5-1, 1-0) to a Section 3-5A victory. Hannah Weishaar added 11 and Elle Visco had 10 for the Warriors. Maggie Orndorff led Connellsville (2-4, 0-1) with seven points.

Peters Township 65, Bethel Park 53 – Gemma Walker scored 23 points, Brianna Morreale had 14 and Natalie Wetzel added 13 to lead Peters Township (5-0, 1-0) to a Section 2-6A win. Sadie Orie led Bethel Park (2-4, 0-1) with 19 points and Ella Harmon had 13.

Riverview 56, East Allegheny 17 – Katerina Tsambis had 18 points and Lola Abraham scored 10 to lead Riverview (3-1) to a nonsection win. Ronniya Lawrence scored 11 for East Allegheny (0-6).

Rochester 62, Shenango 26 – Aleaya Mercier led with 14 points, Tia Yellock added 11 and Kamryn Newman had 10 for Rochester (3-2, 1-0) in a Section 1-2A win over Shenango (1-3, 0-1).

Serra Catholic 95, Steel Valley 23 – Led by 28 points from Nikki Sfanos, 21 from Brianna Battles and 18 from Abby Genes, Serra Catholic (5-1, 1-0) rolled to a Section 3-2A win. Ava Caiarelli led Steel Valley (0-6, 0-1) with 20 points. Sfanos and Caiarelli each hit six 3-pointers.

Sewickley Academy 55, Northgate 21 – Libby Eannarino led Sewickley Academy (3-1) with 33 points and Emma Eannarino added 12 in a nonsection win. Sathiyah Hardison scored eight points for Northgate (2-3).

Shaler 48, Armstrong 39 – Bayleigh Perez scored 16 points and Hilary Quinn finished with 13 to propel Shaler (2-4, 1-0) to a Section 2-5A win. Emma Paul scored 26 for Armstrong (3-2, 0-1).

St. Joseph 51, Apollo-Ridge 8 – Julie Spinelli had 21 points and Gia Richter scored 12 to pace St. Joseph (5-1) in a nonsection win over Apollo-Ridge (3-3).

Thomas Jefferson 46, Albert Gallatin 28 – Laekyn Flinn scored 19 points to lead Thomas Jefferson (2-3, 1-0) to a Section 3-5A win. Mya Glisan scored 10 points for Albert Gallatin (1-4, 0-1).

Trinity 59, Pine-Richland 46 – Ruby Morgan scored 20 points and Agatha Niccolai and Macie Justice added 10 points apiece to lead Trinity (3-1) to a nonsection win. Madison Zavasky led Pine-Richland (0-5) with 21 points.

Trinity Christian 38, Propel Montour 31 – Elidh Edgar scored 18 points and Elena Myer added 12 to lead Trinity Christian. Brooklyn Sykes led Propel Montour with 16 points.

Washington 63, Bentworth 45 – Kaprice Johnson led with 24 points and Olivia Woods followed with 23 to help Washington (1-3, 1-0) to a Section 4-2A win. Amber Sallee scored 16 points for Bentworth (1-5, 0-1).

Waynesburg 57, West Greene 14 – Kaley Rohanna scored 18 points to lead Waynesburg (6-0) to a nonsection win over West Greene (1-5). Avery Davis added 12, Peyton Cowell finished with 11 and Josie Horne had 10 for the Raiders.

West Mifflin 42, Belle Vernon 41 (OT) – Kendall Lee scored 15 points and Savaughn Wimbs added 14 as West Mifflin (3-3, 1-0) earned an overtime win in Section 3-4A. Saylor Lee scored 18 points and Nina Francia had 10 for Belle Vernon (3-2, 0-1).

Windber 57, Ligonier Valley 43 – Mariah Andrews had 16 points for Windber in a nonsection win. Lyla Barr scored 16 for Ligonier Valley (2-4).

Bethel Park 5, Canon-McMillan 4 – Doug Hartman scored twice and Nicholas Hosbach, Ryan Tierney and Caden Busch also scored for Bethel Park (6-3-1) in a Class 3A win. Ben Votodian scored twice and Brenden Lomago had a goal and an assist for Canon-McMillan (0-10).

Deer Lakes 6, Central Valley 1 – RJ Noullet scored twice and Zachary Nacey had three assists to lead Deer Lakes (8-3) to a Varsity D2 win. Eliot Belli, Ryan Grunden and Mason Cervone also scored for Deer Lakes. Aiden Pournaras had a goal for Central Valley (6-6).

Elizabeth Forward 7, Trinity 2 – Josh Hill had a hat trick, Bobby Boord Jr. collected two goals and two assists and Joey Wach added a goal and an assist to lead Elizabeth Forward (4-4) to a Varsity D2 win. Robert Daddea scored twice for Trinity (1-7).

Latrobe 3, Hempfield 1 – Joey Crimboli, Jacob Hannah and Dylan Morris scored to lead Latrobe (9-2) to a Class 2A win. Nino Dipietro scored for Hempfield (5-5).

Mt. Lebanon 5, Peters Township 3 – Xavier Bias scored the go-ahead goal with 2:27 left and Sawyer Klasnick had a hat trick to lead Mt. Lebanon (5-4-1) to a Class 3A win. Luke Eberhart also scored for Mt. Lebanon. Drew Alexander had a goal and two assists to Peters Township (6-4-1).

North Catholic 6, Shaler 4 – Beckett Dunn had two goals and an assist and Colin Gnarra added a goal and an assist to lead North Catholic (7-3-1) to a Class A win. Darius Malecki had a goal and two assists for Shaler (8-2).

Norwin 7, Armstrong 4 – Alex Thomas had three goals and an assist to lead Norwin (7-3-2) to a Class 2A win. Dom Cerilli had a goal and an assist and Zayn Zeravica, Dom Costantino and Preston Stoner also scored. Carson Franceschi and Adam Hooks each had a goal and an assist for Armstrong (3-7).

Quaker Valley 6, West Allegheny 3 – Ben McHenry had two goals and an assist and Jacob Keisel added a goal and an assist for Quaker Valley (10-0-1) in a Class A win. AJ Jak had two goals and an assist for West Allegheny (2-10).

Seneca Valley 5, Central Catholic 3 – Tyler Garvin had a goal and two assists and Andrew Malichky added a goal and an assist for Seneca Valley (8-2) in a Class 3A victory. Jimmy Murtha, Jacob Komaniak and Jacob Gilbert also scored for Seneca Valley. Griffin Lewis, Anthony D’Orazio and Evan Benscoter each had a goal for Central Catholic (4-7).

South Fayette 4, Thomas Jefferson 2 – Nolan Murphy had two goals and an assist, Robert Chiappetta dished out three assists and Mikhail Lobanov and Tyler Brandebura also scored for South Fayette (7-1-1) in a Class 2A victory. Nick best had a goal and an assist and Ryan Galis also scored for Thomas Jefferson (7-2).

Wheeling Park 9, Avonworth 7 – Owen Abraham had three goals and two assists and Luke Simonetti and Cooper Abraham each had two goals and an assist to lead Wheeling Park (10-3) to a Class A win. Connor Ralston had a hat trick, Austin Dzadovsky scored twice and Cooper Powell had a goal and three assists for Avonworth (9-2).
