It was a cold but steady week for the elite girls basketball teams in the PIAA with only one team vacating the rankings and one team falling from the top of the Trib HSSN weekly Top 5.

Our Lady of the Lourdes Regional from District 4 lost last week and dropped out of the Class A rankings, replaced by another D-4 school in the undefeated Meadowbrook Christian School.

There was a change at the top in Class 6A as undefeated Conestoga bumped Cardinal O’Hara from the top perch in the classification.

The other four classifications remained exactly the same.

With the new No. 1 team in 6A, the other five classifications have the same school on top as last week, including Oakland Catholic in 5A, Lansdale Catholic in 4A, Lancaster Catholic in 3A, Kennedy Catholic in 2A and Union in A.
