2013 WPIAL Team Wrestling Section Championships Results

For the third year in a row, the WPIAL held their team wrestling section tournaments Wednesday to help determine section champions, postseason order and district team playoff berths. Canon-McMillan won their 12th straight section title while Burrell is celebrating a 10th consecutive section crown. Here are ALL the match results from the four Class AAA and three Class AA section playoffs.
