2011 WPIAL FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS – 11/22

So three rounds of district playoff football leave us with this: Two defending champions – three #1-seeds – two #2-seeds – two #3-seeds – one #5 seed – four teams returning to the North Shore who played for district gold last year – and SIX undefeated teams sporting perfect 12-0 records. It has been an impressive postseason for these eight teams as they prepare to play for a WPIAL football title on Championship Satursday.
