It was prime-time Thursday under the lights for three PSAC schools last night. Here are recaps from those games.

Slippery Rock 45 Merrimack 26
It was the Akeem Satterfield show at N. Kerr Thompson Stadium as the redshirt sophomore from Erie ran for a career-high 240 yards and four touchdowns as the Rock picked up it's first win of the season.

The Rock jumped out to a 17-0 lead in the first quarter. QB Ryan Sabo hit Devin Goda with a 73 yard touchdown pass just over a minute into the game. C.J. Bahr added a 43 yard field goal on SRU's second drive for a 10-0 advantage. Sabo turned an Anthony Saunders interception into points, scoring from a yard out with 15 seconds remaining in the first.

Merrimack answered, going 92 yards in nine plays, quarterback James Suozzo scoring on a one yard plunge, Merrimack missed the extra point. Satterfield scored his first touchdown with 37 seconds left in the half on a one yard run to make it 24-6 at the break.

In the second half, the Rock special teams came thru as Bob Westerlund blocked a punt. Satterfield scored his second touchdown from 12 yards out to make it 31-6. Early in the fourth quarter, Satterfield got his third score, running in from 32 yards, which capped a 90 yard drive, putting Slippery Rock up 38-6.

Then things got interesting as Merrimack and Suozzo tried to play catch-up. Suozzo scored on touchdown runs of 3, 16 and 3 yards and added a two-point conversion pass to cut the lead to 38-26. But Satterfield went seven yards for his fourth score to put Slippery Rock up by three scores again.
