Drew DiNunzio-Biss
Kiski Area, RB/LB, jr.
The Cavaliers' veteran will try to pick up where he left off last season against Canon-McMillan on Friday. DiNunzio-Biss (5-11, 215) led Kiski Area in tackles last season with 65. He also hopes to make an impact offensively in the backfield.
Josh Harmon
Springdale, RB/S, sr.
The senior tailback/safety will figure heavily into plans on both sides of the ball Friday at Burrell. Harmon (6-1, 190) caught a team-best 29 passes last year for 534 yards and 11 scores.
Austin Kemp
Freeport, OL/LB, sr.
The returning starter on both offense and defense hopes Friday's game against Yough is the start of a playoff run for the Yellowjackets. Kemp (5-11, 220) was among the team leaders in tackles a year ago.
Corey Thomas
Plum, RB/ILB, sr.
The hard-hitting tailback hopes to lay the hurt on rival Penn Hills behind an experienced offensive line in Saturday's Week Zero matchup. Thomas (6-2, 210) also hopes to deliver some hits as the heart of the Mustangs defense.
