Because of field condition concerns, West Greene changed the day and location for its Week 3 WPIAL football game against Mapletown.

The Class A Tri-County South game, originally scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday at West Greene’s Kennedy Field, now will be played at 7 p.m. Saturday at Waynesburg Central High School.

A nonsection boys soccer game between Moon and Waynesburg Central is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Waynesburg Central.

It marks the second weather-related football switch for this weekend. Imani Christian moved its Saturday afternoon game against Valley to 7 p.m. Saturday at Woodland Hills’ Wolvarena because of field conditions at the Saints’ normal home field, Graham Field in Wilkinsburg.
