Beaver Falls’ Crepp rolls to WPIBL boys title

Beaver Falls' Devin Crepp rolled a 263 score to claim a WPIBL boys individual championship Wednesday at North Versailles Bowling Center.
Crepp defeated Canon-McMillan's Jaydon Bailey by nearly 100 pins in the championship match, 263-169.
The No. 1 seed in the stepladder finals, Crepp defeated Canon-McMillan's Robert Lawrence, 214-136, in the semifinals.
He finished the three-game qualifying round with a 723 series after rolling games of 204, 279 and 240.
Bailey defeated Seton LaSalle's Marcus Huetter in the other semifinal.
Penn-Trafford's Cameron Uranker and Hempfield's Ethan Hayden also reached the stepladder playoffs but fell in the quarterfinals.
The WPIBL girls individual championships will be held Thursday at Sims Lanes.
