Bethel Park, Seneca Valley move to 6-0 in WPISL play

Bethel Park and Seneca Valley remained undefeated with Hempfield also near the top of the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Softball League after all of the Week 3 Sunday doubleheaders.

The Black Hawks and Raiders both improved to 6-0 with two-game sweeps of North Allegheny and Peters Township, respectively.

Hempfield, with just one loss through four weeks of games, dominated Mt. Pleasant in their doubleheader.

North Hills swept Baldwin, Montour took two from Mt. Lebanon, and West Allegheny defeated Shaler twice.

Hempfield visits Bethel Park in a featured doubleheader this Sunday at 1 and 3 p.m. at Bethel Park High School as the league has four weeks remaining until the playoff tournament.
