Gateway defensive back Jeremiah Josephs, who led the Gators with seven interceptions last season, announced his commitment to Miami (Ohio) on Saturday.
The 6-foot, 160-pound junior also held FBS offers from Buffalo, Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Michigan and Toledo. Josephs played a vital role last fall when Gateway won the WPIAL Class 5A title and reached the state finals.
Along with his multiple interceptions, Josephs led Gateway with 76 solo tackles, forced three fumbles and blocked a punt.
