Hempfield senior wrestler Luke Kemerer, a 2017 WPIAL champion, made a verbal commitment to attend Pitt on Sunday.
Kemerer has a 107-20 career record. He placed sixth at the PIAA tournament in 2017 and third in 2016.
“Luke has liked Pitt along,” Hempfield coach Vince DeAugustine said.
