Peter Kramer scored 26 points, including five 3-pointers and a free throw with 4.3 seconds left in the game, to lead Hampton to a 53-52 victory over the host Tigers at the PBC Legends Classic at Moon on Saturday.
Liam Mignogna added 17 points for the Talbots (13-2). Elijah Guillory scored 24 and Michael Santicola finished with 10 for Moon (12-3). Hampton is third in Class 4A in the latest Trib HSSN rankings. Moon is No. 1 in Class 5A.
Allderdice 59, Aliquippa 42 – Logan Golle scored 23 points and Major Rainey added 16 as Allderdice (11-2) won the main event of The Challenge at Allderdice. Josh Pratt led Aliquippa (10-3) with 23 points.
Armstrong 48, Knoch 46 – Jack Valasek scored 21 points and Jacob Szep added 11 as the River Hawks (9-6) defended their home court at The Challenge at Armstrong. Jackson Bauman scored 15 for Knoch (11-4).
Central Catholic 61, Penn-Trafford 38 – Alex Pitcher scored 13 points and Bradley Gompers and Enzo Khalil had 12 points each as Central Catholic (9-5) beat Penn-Trafford (8-8) in nonsection play.
Chartiers Valley 63, Trinity 54 – T.J. Kubicsek scored 15 points and Jayden Davis contributed 12 points to Chartiers Valley’s nonsection win against Trinity (7-8). Julius Best added 10 points for the Colts (7-9). Jacob Dunkle scored a game-high 23 points for Trinity while Kaden Hathaway added 13 points and Jonah Williamson tacked on 11.
Ellwood City 68, Quaker Valley 44 – Joseph Roth had a triple-double with 24 points, 21 rebounds and 14 assists to power Ellwood City (9-6) at the PBC Legends Classic at Moon. Aaron Lake added 13 and Nate Williams had 11 for the Wolverines. Joe Coyle scored 18 and Zachary Washington added 16 for Quaker Valley (7-8).
Greensburg Central Catholic 73, Riverview 46 – Tyree Turner scored 21 points to lead Greensburg Central Catholic (14-2, 7-0) to a Section 3-2A over Riverview (6-9, 1-6). Franco Alvarez added 12 points for the Centurions while Liam Gallagher contributed 11. Nate Sprajcar paced Riverview with 20 points while Alex Schultheis added 10.
Highlands 71, Obama Academy 44 – Cam Reigard scored 21 points, Bradyn Foster added 20 and Jordyn Tavarez finished with 10 to lead Highlands (9-5) past Obama Academy (3-8) at The Challenge at Armstrong.
Latrobe 80, Laurel Highlands 57 – Ian DeCerb scored 26 points and John Wetzel and Max Butler each added 16 to lead Latrobe (8-7) to a nonsection win. Ethan Koffler led Laurel Highlands (2-14) with 24 points.
Monessen 77, Beth-Center 58 – Rodney Johnson scored 16 points while Dennis Hawkins contributed 15 points as Monessen (11-1) beat Beth-Center (4-10) in nonsection play. Darryl Ray and Tyvaughn Kershaw added 12 points each for the Greyhounds while Santino Revi scored 21 points for Beth-Center.
Montour 58, Bethel Park 44 – Jake Wolfe scored 30 points, including four 3-pointers, and Ama Sow added 20 to lift Montour (11-2) at the PBC Legends Classic at Moon. Tanner Pfeuffer scored 16 and Nick Brown added 15 for Bethel Park (8-7).
New Castle 66, Indiana 29 – Damian Harrison scored 22 points and Ralphie Blundo added 20, including six 3-pointers, as New Castle (12-5) won at The Challenge at Armstrong. Kyrell Harris added 11 for the Red Hurricanes. Aaron Webb led Indiana (7-7) with 10.
Neighborhood Academy 72, Bishop Canevin 58 – Courtney Wallace scored 26 points to lead Neighborhood Academy (11-4) past Bishop Canevin (7-6) at the Challenge at Allderdice. Kedron Gilmore chipped in 13 points for Neighborhood Academy and Junior Onwubiko added 12. Drew Allen led Bishop Canevin with 23 points while Jason Cross scored 11.
Northgate 79, Plum 55 – Desmond Williams scored 22 points to lead five players in double figures for Northgate (10-3) at The Challenge at Allderdice. Rob McKinley added 13, Tylan Daniels had 12 and Kaden Kemp and Austin Mitchell each finished with 11. Owen Proskin led Plum (5-9) with 18 points. Brendan Getlak had 12.
OLSH 59, Brentwood 50 – Jake Johnson scored 21 points and Vann Kavals added 15 for OLSH (11-4, 6-1) in a Section 2-3A win. Forrest Betz led Brentwood (4-12, 2-5) with 19 points.
Springdale 57, Clairton 50 – Chase Weihrauch scored 15 points to lead Springdale (11-5, 3-4) over Clairton (7-9, 4-3) in Section 3-2A. Mason Gent added 12 points for Springdale while Taris Wooding scored a game-high 19 points for Clairton.
Thomas Jefferson 61, South Allegheny 59 – Led by 16 points from Nicholas Trklja, 14 from Brody Evans, 13 from Evan Berger and 12 from Noah Prosser, Thomas Jefferson (12-2) picked up a win at The Challenge at Allderdice. Drew Cook scored 21 and Cam Epps added 17 for South Allegheny (10-5).
Waynesburg 63, Mapletown 33 – Cole Headlee scored 20 points, Dane Woods added 18 and Alex Van Sickle finished with 13 to lead Waynesburg (4-10) to a nonsection win. Josh Mick scored 23 and Roger Gradek added 10 for Mapletown (2-11).
Yough 71, Brownsville 40 – Terek Crosby scored 28 points and Austin Matthews finished with 23 as Yough (11-4, 6-1) rolled to a Section 4-3A win. Trenton Wible scored 16 and Harlan Davis added 10 for Brownsville (6-9, 1-5).

Armstrong 61, Seneca Valley 52 – At the Challenge at Armstrong, Emma Paul scored 24 points to lead the host team to victory over Seneca Valley (11-5). Sarai Weaver added 14 points for Armstrong (12-4), which won its seventh straight. Natalie Hamble scored 17 points for Seneca Valley while Gracie Cato chipped in 14 points.
Chartiers Valley 48, Trinity 43 (OT) – Rachel Boehm scored 15 points as Chartiers Valley (12-2) beat Trinity (11-3) in an overtime nonsection game. Emma Reynolds chipped in 12 points for Chartiers Valley while Maddy Roberts and Ruby Morgan scored 13 points each for Trinity.
Clairton 76, California 36 – Iyanna Wade had 42 points, nine steals and five assists to lead Clairton (12-2) to the nonsection win against California (7-8). Jamiya Childs added 11 points for Clairton while teammate Karma Fuqua contributed 10 points, seven rebounds and five steals. Hayley Gibson paced California with 13 points and five rebounds.
Erie 42, Shaler 40 – Arianah Reap scored 13 points as Erie held off Shaler (5-12) in nonsection play. Bayleigh Perez had 13 points for Shaler, which trailed heading into the fourth quarter, 34-21.
Greenville 52, Laurel 37 – Preslie Kirila scored 25 points to lead Greenville to a nonsection win. Jael Henderson led Laurel (4-12) with 17 points.
Lincoln Park 63, Mars 42 – At the PBC Legends at Moon, J’La Kizart scored 23 points and Maddie Syka and Sarah Scott added 16 points each as Lincoln Park (14-0) defeated Mars (7-7). Vita Vargo led Mars with 18 points while Cecilia Christy chipped in 13 points.
Monessen 37, Beth-Center 27 – Na’Jaziah Carter had 11 points as Monessen (9-3) beat Beth-Center (7-8) in nonsection play. Emma Shashura had 14 points for Beth-Center.
North Allegheny 69, Cumberland Valley 25 – Grace Heliger scored 13 points as North Allegheny (13-1) defeated Cumberland Valley in a nonsection game. Leah Skweres added 12 points — all from 3-pointers — while Lydia Betz tallied 10 points.
Norwin 55, Mt. Lebanon 37 – Lauren Palangio scored 14 points while Kendall Berger had 10 points in Norwin’s nonsection win against Mt. Lebanon (8-8). Ava Christopher added 10 points for Norwin (13-3).
OLSH 57, Sewickley Academy 25 – In nonsection play, Morgan O’Brien had 15 points and Claudio Ierullo and Camryn Hummel added 12 and 10 points, respectively, as OLSH (11-5) beat Sewickley Academy (5-8). Libby Eannarino scored a game-high 16 points for Sewickley Academy.
Waynesburg 51, Washington 23 – Kaley Rohanna scored 16 points and Josie Horne added 14 for Waynesburg (15-1) in a nonsection win. Kaprice Johnson led Washington (7-8) with nine points.
Winchester Thurston 49, Brentwood 11 – Dashae Cochran’s 16 points led Winchester Thurston (7-8) to victory against Brentwood (6-9) at the Challenge at Allderdice. Aleah Cooper and Jasmine Hollins added 13 and 11 points, respectively, in the win.
