Courtney Wallace had a triple-double with 15 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists, hitting the 1,000-point mark for his career, to lead Neighborhood Academy to a 72-49 victory over Aquinas Academy in Section 3-A boys basketball Friday night.
Kedron Gilmore scored 21 points, Shamar Simpson added 14, and Brent Manns had a double-double with 10 points and 14 rebounds for Neighborhood Academy (7-4, 1-1). Jake Guillen led Aquinas Academy (8-2, 1-1) with 19 points and Sam Duer had 14.
Woodland Hills 52, Shaler 46 – Scoop Smith scored 22 points and Troy Akins added 11 as Woodland Hills knocked off undefeated Shaler in Section 2-5A. The Wolverines (4-8, 1-1) took control with an 18-10 advantage in the second quarter. Brandon London dropped 20 points for the Titans (11-1, 1-1).
Allderdice 85, Brashear 32 – Logan Golle scored 18 points to lead four players in double figures for Allderdice (8-2, 2-0) in a City League win. Major Rainey and Lukas Stead had 11 and Pavle Slepcev had 10. Titus Gillett led Brashear (3-8, 0-2) with 14 points.
Avonworth 62, East Allegheny 47 – Rowan Carmichael scored 18 points and Billy Onyshko and Noah Quinn added 14 points apiece to lead Avonworth (8-3, 2-0) to a Section 4-4A win. Troy Anderson led East Allegheny (3-9, 0-2) with 16 points and Damar Young had 14.
Baldwin 79, Canon-McMillan 53 – Nathan Richards (16), Caden Cherico (12), Evan Golvash (11), Jaden Duttine (11) and Max Marzina (10) all scored in double digits to lead Baldwin (8-3, 1-1) over Canon-Mac (6-6, 1-1) in Section 2-6A. Ryan Galicic and Evan Morris scored 10 points each for the Big Macs.
Beaver 75, Blackhawk 56 – Brady Mayo led Beaver (7-5, 3-1) with 33 points, Ty Butler followed with 26 and Nick Krzeczowski added 10 in a Section 2-4A win. Nate Frantinni scored 14 points and Tyler Heckathorn had 13 for Blackhawk (4-7, 1-2).

Lincoln Park 70, Niagara Falls (NY) 56 – Meleek Thomas scored 20 points and Brandin Cummings, Rhaki Lum and Mikey Crawford each added 11 as Lincoln Park (8-2) won at the BK Classic in Erie. The Leopards will meet Neumann-Goretti in the finals at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in a rematch of last year’s state championship game.
