Brandon Overdorff has switched PIAA districts, but his new coaching job is less than 20 miles from one of his old jobs.

The former Purchase Line football coach was hired this month to coach Indiana, replacing JohnAllen Snyder, who resigned after two seasons. Overdorff was coach from 2012-16 at Purchase Line, his alma mater, which competes in District 6.

Indiana announced his hire.

Overdorff spent last season as an assistant at McGuffey under coach Ed Dalton.

Indiana went 5-13 over the past two seasons with a one-win season last year.
