Mayo Steps Down at Shenango

The Shenango Wildcats are looking for a new football coach. Ryan Mayo annouced his resignation after 6 years at the helm. The Cats finished 3-6 this season.
Mayo was hired in March of 2007, he compiled a 21-34 record at Shenango and did not make the playoffs in his term. The Wildcats were 7-18 at home over the same period and will carry an 8 game home losing streak into 2013.
The resignation will not become official until the Shenango school board meets on Monday.
