Peters Twp in D-I and Neshannock in D-II Win WPIAL Boys Team Golf Championships

Two new champions were crowned Thursday at the 2010 WPIAL Boys Team Golf Division I and Division II Championships at the Cedarbrook Golf Club in Belle Vernon. The Peters Township Indians won their fourth WPIAL D-I boys golf title and their second crown in three years while the Neshannock Lancers captured boys golf gold for a fifth time in school history, but the first time since winning back to back titles in 1995 and 1996.
Boys scored best 5 of 6 players. Peters Township Indians had the best overall school and will now advance to participate in PIAA Western Regional at Tom's Run Golf Course on Monday, October 18th at 9:00am.
