Welcome to a special Saturday edition of “PIHL News and Notes,” your continuing source for all the scholastic hockey happenings you may not hear about on “The PIHL Power Play.” We still have until March 7 before the 2011 Penguins Cup Playoffs begin, but believe it or not, the Nailers and Chiefs Cup tournaments get started today. Thus, here we are two days early for a complete first-round preview of all eight contests this weekend.
