Pine-Richland lineman Michael Katic’s recruitment has built steadily over the past six months.

The soon-to-be senior, who announced his first FCS offer in December, added Wednesday a scholarship offer from Pitt. The 6-foot-3, 270-pound guard and defensive tackle now lists close to 20 FBS or FCS offers, giving Pine-Richland a pair of Division 1 linemen.

Classmate Andrew Kristofic already committed to Notre Dame.

Katic also added Boston College, Indiana, Louisville and Rutgers since mid-April. The spring evaluation period for FCS coaches started April 16 and ended Thursday.
