PSFCA High School Football All-Star Game Sunday on MSA Sports

The annual all-star football game that highlights some of the top scholastic talent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is back and will be played at Gateway High School on Sunday, May 6th at 2:00pm right here on the MSA Sports Network.

MSA Sports Rick Smith and Josh Rowntree will have the call from Monroeville as some of the top talent from Eastern Pennsylvania takes on some of the best seniors here in Western Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Football Coaches Association all-star game is back after a one year hiatus after being played in its first ten years at Altoona High School. The game will now alternate between Gateway High School and Downingtown West High School in Eastern Pa.

The WPIAL will be well represented on Sunday with 25 of the 34 Western Pennsylvania all-stars coming from District 7. They include five players from the host Gateway Gators and two players each from Central Valley and Sto-Rox.

Homer DeLattre of Corry High School will be the West head coach. Among his assistant coaches are Joe Greco of New Brighton and Jeff McCafferty of Carrick.

Here is a rundown of the WPIAL players that will take to the turf Sunday afternoon.
