Quaker Valley School District officials have adopted a resolution setting the maximum building construction costs for the proposed high school at $72,129,518 and maximum project cost at $105,049,347.

The financial projections were set Sept. 19.

The project would be subject to a voter referendum should it exceed the spending cap, according to district finance director Scott Antoline.

The proposed 167,000-square-foot school is on 150 acres of land off Camp Meeting Road. It straddles Leet Township, Edgeworth and Leetsdale.
