Road to Hershey: 4 WPIAL boys basketball teams still in hunt for state gold

For the second straight year, the WPIAL will send four district teams to Hershey to play for a state basketball championship.
A year ago, Lincoln Park in Class 4A and Imani Christian in Class A came away with PIAA titles while Deer Lakes in 3A and Aliquippa in 2A returned home with state silver.
Two-time WPIAL champions Lincoln Park, Aliquippa and Imani Christian return to Chocolate Town and the PIAA finals in Hershey this weekend, joined by 5A district runner-up Franklin Regional.
Here are all of the results from through the state semifinals off the PIAA boys basketball playoffs along with the days and times for the title games at the Giant Center.
