Hopewell’s Rushel Shell has a chance to break the state career rushing record in Friday night’s WPIAL Quarterfinals against Franklin Regional. Dancing through the rain drops, the WPIAL Girls Team Tennis Playoffs are through the First Round in Class AA and is through the Quarterfinals in Class AAA. Here are the results from Thursday plaus the matchups for the Semifinals in AAA and the Quarterfinals in AA as Shady Side Academy and Quaker Valley continue their quest of serving up a repeat of their golden crowns from a year ago.
