After being blanked on Day One on Friday, Saturday turned out to be a golden day for four WPIAL swimmers at the 2011 PIAA Class AAA Swimming and Diving championships at Bucknell University. Two defending champions in high school hockey have registered victories on Semifinals Tuesday while another has seen its hopes of more frozen gold come to an end at the CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh. After winning four WPIAL titles a week ago, Franklin Regional senior Nico Megaludis had one more gold medal he wanted to add to his mantel.
