CTK 2010 – WPIAL A BLACK HILLS Conference Preview

Over the last 35 years, the WPIAL Class A football scene has been dominated by two conferences, the Big 7 and the Eastern Conference. From 1975 through 2006, the districts champion came from one of those two conferences. However the tide has turned over the last three years as the Black Hills Conference has laid the claim to being home of the WPIAL Class A champs.2010 WPIAL Schedules: Girls Tennis

Last fall, Ronit Yurovsky of Plum and Tanya Timko of Chartiers-Houston captured WPIAL Girls Singles Tennis titles while Olivia Heim and Taylor Perz of Pine-Richland and Susie Soltis and Madeline Leo of Greensburg Central Catholic captured WPIAL Girls Doubles Tennis Gold. In Girls Team Tennis, Peters Township and Sewickley Academy were crowned WPIAL champions in 2009.
