Anthony who? When Anthony Dallier decided not to return for his senior year at North Allegheny, many wondered what would happen to the North Allegheny basketball team. The brackets are out for the 2011 WPIAL Girls Soccer Playoffs that begin on Saturday, October 22nd and continue through to the finals on Supper Soccer Saturday on 11/5/11.
