Anthony who? When Anthony Dallier decided not to return for his senior year at North Allegheny, many wondered what would happen to the North Allegheny basketball team. Hopewell’s Rushel Shell has a chance to break the state career rushing record in Friday night’s WPIAL Quarterfinals against Franklin Regional. That alone makes this game special.But Shell and a running back in a Franklin Regional uniform truly make this a playoff game for the ages.
