Quietly, the Greater Allegheny Conference in Class AAA has become a primetime postseason player...at least in the First Round. They are few and far between, but we have seen teams pull off perfect football seasons before in the WPIAL. However the new kids on the block in Class AAA went for perfection in a different way that has never been done before. One Season - One Championship. Last weekend put a stamp on the end of yet another season of fantastic wrestling. The WPIAL produced 5 state champions and 48 total medallists (24 in both AA and AAA) over that time in Hershey. While there were many great wrestlers to watch and follow throughout the season, the MSA Sports Network had whittled the superb list down to the top ten wrestlers of 2010-2011 for our All-Mat Team.
