Hopewell’s Rushel Shell has a chance to break the state career rushing record in Friday night’s WPIAL Quarterfinals against Franklin Regional. The drought is now five years since a WPIAL girls volleyball team has captured a PIAA championship...and Counting. Four WPIAL boys golfers finished 1-2-3 and 4 after the final round of the 2011 PIAA Individual Golf Championships at Heritage Hills Golf Club on Tuesday, but it was Garrett Browning of West Allegheny who was the golden boy...again.
