They are few and far between, but we have seen teams pull off perfect football seasons before in the WPIAL. However the new kids on the block in Class AAA went for perfection in a different way that has never been done before. One Season - One Championship. There are 126 schools in the WPIAL that field a high school football team. While a majority still begin at 7:30pm, 38 of them now kickoff their home games at 7:00pm, including the enire Class AAA Keystone Conference. The MSA Sports Cup is a challenge to determine the best sports program for the school year from the WPIAL in each classification. The 2011 WPIAL softball season is set to begin on Friday, March 25th.
