There are a couple of changes to the weekly Trib 10 power rankings this week as we prepare for Final Four Friday in Class A through 4A and Championship Saturday in 6A and 5A.
Penn Hills and Thomas Jefferson saw their seasons end last week, so their loss is a power rankings gain for Montour and South Side.
There will be plenty of changes the rest of the season as every loss ends the season for one team and opens the power door for a Trib 10 unranked team.
There are three head-to-head playoff matchups this week highlighted by two title games Saturday with No. 2 Peters Township facing No. 7 Pine-Richland in 5A and No. 3 Central Catholic battling No. 4 North Allegheny in the 6A finals.
The other battle of Trib 10 teams has No. 6 McKeesport and No. 9 Montour clashing in a 4A semifinal.
Here are the latest Trib 10 power rankings with overall record, last week’s ranking and opponent in Week 12. These rankings have zero classification boundaries.
