Trib 10: New team takes over top spot with only 10 teams left standing

We present the survival edition of the Trib 10 in this 2024 season.
After all the smoke has cleared, these are the 10 teams still alive heading into lucky Week 13.
The top two teams are officially district champions while the other eight power-ranked teams are heading to the North Shore on Saturday in search of district gold.
With only three weekends remaining in the high school football season, we have our fourth Trib 10 top-ranked team in 2024 as Thomas Jefferson takes over at No. 1, following in the footsteps of Aliquippa, North Allegheny and Upper St. Clair.
Here are the latest Trib 10 power rankings with the team’s record followed by last week’s ranking. These rankings have zero classification boundaries.
1. Thomas Jefferson, 13-0, (2): The Jaguars play Clearfield on Saturday
2. Central Catholic, 10-2, (3): The Vikings play State College on Friday
3. Pine-Richland, 10-1, (5): The Rams play No. 4 Peters Township on Saturday on Trib HSSN
4. Peters Township, 11-1, (6): The Indians play No. 3 Pine-Richland on Saturday on Trib HSSN
5. Fort Cherry, 13-0, (7): The Rangers play No. 7 Clairton on Saturday on Trib HSSN
6. Seton LaSalle, 11-0, (9): The Rebels play No. 10 South Park on Saturday on Trib HSSN
7. Clairton, 13-0, (NR): The Bears play No. 5 Fort Cherry on Saturday on Trib HSSN
8. Avonworth, 10-3, (NR): The Antelopes play No. 9 Central Valley on Saturday on Trib HSSN
9. Central Valley, 7-5, (NR): The Warriors play No. 8 Avonworth on Saturday on Trib HSSN
10. South Park, 11-1, (NR): The Eagles play No. 6 Seton LaSalle on Saturday on Trib HSSN
