The first round is in the rearview mirror with minimal damage done to the elite teams throughout the WPIAL.
These weekly power rankings fall right between the end of the first round and the start of the district quarterfinals.
There were two teams that were stunned in the opening round of the district postseason, ending their seasons and for this purpose, dropping them for good out of the weekly Trib 10.
Lincoln Park fell from the boys power rankings after getting upset by Ringgold on Tuesday while Plum dropped from the girls rankings when it was defeated last week by 2025 Class 5A champion Peters Township.
Neighbors Upper St. Clair on the boys side and South Fayette for the girls continue to sit atop the power rankings for another week.
Here are the latest edition Trib 10 basketball power rankings. Teams are listed with overall record and last week’s ranking. These rankings have zero classification boundaries.
