Two rounds into the 2025 PIAA boys basketball playoffs, there was little movement in three classes and major upheaval in the other three classifications.

Class 6A, 5A and 3A remained the same with one team dropping and one entering heading into the state elite eight.

However, there were major changes in 4A, 2A and A with 2A in particular seeing four favorites being bounced in the first two rounds on the Road to Hershey.

Two top-ranked teams saw their season end and their names end up in the “out” column, not where you want to be in mid-March.

Those two were Upper Dublin in 5A and Constitution in 2A.

The other four remain on top heading into the state quarterfinals with Imhotep Charter in 6A, Devon Prep in 4A, South Allegheny in 3A and Neighborhood Academy in Class A.
