Trib HSSN Pennsylvania girls high school basketball rankings for Feb. 26, 2025

These are the final state girls basketball rankings before the district playoffs conclude and the state playoffs are set.

There were very few changes in the latest Trib HSSN girls basketball state rankings, with only four teams being bounced deep into the district postseason.

Mechanicsburg, Gwynedd-Mercy and two Class A teams, St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy and Geibel Catholic, lost their spots in the Top 5, replaced by Dallastown, Radnor, DuBois Central Catholic and Clairton.

There were no changes at No. 1 as Hazleton in 6A, South Fayette in 5A, Scranton Prep in 4A, Shady Side Academy in 3A, Kennedy Catholic in 2A and Bishop Guilfoyle in A remain on top.

Here is the latest Top 5 in each of the six classifications. Teams are listed with overall record, district and last week’s ranking.
