As the mercury slowly rises and we head into the second half of April, the top high school baseball teams across the state are starting to lock in and stack victories.
In the six classifications, only four teams lost their spot in the weekly Trib HSSN state baseball rankings from last week.
Class 6A, 5A, 4A and 2A were affected as Lansdale North Penn, Hollidaysburg, Danville and Shenango lost their spots for now, while the door opened for North Allegheny, Central Mountain, Tamaqua and Mercyhurst Prep to join the top 5.
There was only one change at No. 1: Indiana takes over for Somerset in Class 4A.
The other five top teams remain at the head of the table with Landisville Hempfield in 6A, Radnor in 5A, Avonworth in 3A, Tri-Valley in 2A and Southern Fulton in A.
