As the regular season winds down and the district playoffs are just around the corner, the elite high school baseball teams across try to keep stacking wins and remain a part of the Trib HSSN state baseball rankings discussions.

A total of seven teams fell out of the state Top 5 from a week ago.

The biggest changes were in Class 4A, as East Pennsboro and Montoursville debut, knocking out Dallas and Archbishop Wood.

Class 2A was one of two classifications with a new team at No. 1 this week as Serra Catholic is back on top after fellow WPIAL squad Seton LaSalle slid from No. 1 all the way out after being swept by Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, which debuts at No. 5.

Like Serra Catholic, LaSalle College is back on top as the Explorers return to No. 1 in Class 6A, dropping Plymouth-Whitemarsh to No. 2.

Still hanging at the top of their class this week is Mechanicsburg in 5A, Cathedral Prep in 4A, Riverside in 3A and Clarion in A.
