Valley bowler rolls 300 game

Valley senior Baxter Diehm bowled a perfect game as part of an 816 series as Valley topped previously undefeated Plum, 5-2, in a WPIBL East section match Wednesday afternoon at Nesbit’s Lanes in Plum.

His 300 game and 816 series both are school records.

Fellow senior Jackson Dameron rolled a 240 game and a 608 series to help the Vikings improve to 3-2 overall.

On the girls side, Plum remained undefeated with a 7-0 victory. Junior Emmi Diehm was the high scorer for the Vikings with a 210 game and a 509 series. The Valley girls now are 1-4.
