WCCA underclassmen showcase returns next month

The Westmoreland County Coaches Association will host its 7th annual Underclassmen Football Showcase 9 a.m. on May 11 at Hempfield’s Spartan Stadium.
The showcase focuses on top incoming sophomore and junior players, who will work out and run through drills in front of college coaches.
Last year, 72 college coaches from 56 programs attended. Colleges range from FCS to the Division III level.
Cost is $50 per player.
