Week 10 WPIAL/Pittsburgh City League Friday Football Scores

The ceremonial ribbon has been cut by the honorable Mr. Timothy O’Malley and 64 teams started their engines for a trip on the Highway to Heinz. The WPIAL Playoffs kicked off with 32 opening round games Friday night and by the time the dust settled (or those rubber pellets settle) with Round One in the books, the hopes for 32 teams came to a bitter end while 32 others kept their golden dreams alive into Round Two. Here are ALL of the final scores from the opening round of the District 7 playoffs, plus the finals from two regular season games in the Pittsburgh City League.
