Westmoreland County high school football players to watch for 2024 Week 3

Alex Tatsch

Latrobe, sr., RB/LB

The Penn State commit rushed for 251 yards and scored four touchdowns in leading the unbeaten Wildcats to a 42-28 victory against Norwin last Friday. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound linebacker is one of the leading tacklers on defense. He has gained 495 yards and scored nine touchdowns. He and the Wildcats will head to Franklin Regional this week for a Big East Conference showdown.

Players to watch

Noah Sunder

Jeannette, jr., WR/OLB

The 6-1, 180-pound junior averages 13.3 yards per catch and has two touchdown receptions. He has averaged six solo tackles in helping the Jayhawks to a 3-0 start.

Tim Kershaw III

Monessen, sr., WR/DB

The 5-10, 160-pound athlete has scored touchdown this season four different ways. He has a touchdown reception, two rushing scores, a kickoff return and interception return in helping the Greyhounds to a 3-0 start.

Raidon Kuroda

Yough, sr., QB/LB

The 6-foot, 210-pound captain has rushed for a team-high 643 yards and scored five touchdowns. He has completed 22 of 44 passes for 349 yards and five touchdowns. Has has 24 tackles and one sack on defense as Yough has started the season 2-1.
