The final full week of the WPIAL boys soccer regular season kicks into full gear Tuesday.
There aren’t many undecided section races in boys soccer, but the top spot, or at least a share of first place, is at stake in two district matches.
Two of the top Class 2A teams collide in the South Hills when South Park visits Seton LaSalle in Section 3-2A.
The visiting Eagles can clinch the section crown with a win as they look to remain perfect in section play at 11-0.
South Park has won eight straight since its only loss of the season in a nonsection contest in mid-September to Moon in overtime, 2-1.
The Rebels are 10-1 in the section and 13-2 for the season.
Seton LaSalle has won two straight and six of its last seven since losing to South Park earlier this season, 2-0.
Bentworth looks to finish unbeaten in Section 2-A and remain undefeated when it hosts Beth-Center on Tuesday.
The Bearcats are 7-0 in the section and a perfect 14-0 this year, having dominated their opponents 124-5.
The visiting Bulldogs are 4-1 in the section and have an overall record of 8-5.
Beth-Center has lost two straight and is 3-3 since losing to Bentworth on Sept. 11, 7-0.
