WPIAL announces playoff sites, times for Friday’s basketball quarterfinals

Fox Chapel, Highlands, Mt. Lebanon, North Allegheny and Peters Township will host doubleheaders for Friday’s quarterfinal games in the WPIAL basketball playoffs.
