WPIAL boys soccer playoff picture through Oct. 15, 2023

Section play concludes Tuesday for the 2023 WPIAL boys soccer season.
The top four teams in each section qualify for the district playoffs. All teams tied for a playoff spot in which head-to-head does not break the tie all qualify for the postseason.
The playoff fields are set in Class 4A, 2A and A with one more spot up for grabs in Class 3A.
The WPIAL soccer playoff pairings show is scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday on TribHSSN.TribLive.com.
Here is the latest list of district teams that have qualified for the WPIAL boys soccer playoffs through Sunday, along with the playoff picture for those still trying to qualify.

• Chartiers Valley (6-6) and Central Valley (5-6-2) are still alive for a playoff spot. The Colts are home to Moon on Monday and host West Allegheny on Tuesday. The Warriors are at Ambridge on Tuesday. One more Chartiers Valley win earns the Colts a playoff berth. If they were to tie, they would both qualify.
